Watch Volunteers Needed !!!!

Roving Patrol – Patrols the site on foot.  Ensuring that fires are tended and that site rules are being observed.  Maintain radio contact with Dispatch and Point and will direct traffic during emergency situations.  Specific areas include Camping areas, Battlefield Perimeter, Merchant Area.  Minimum 2 hour shift

Dispatch – Maintains radio contact by conduction welfare checks.  Keeps track of time and assists with shifting volunteers in and out of duty.  Provides information over the radio and directs rovers to specific points as requested. Minimum 4 hour shift

Clerks – Signs volunteers in and out – processes lost and found paperwork. Minimum 2 hour shift

Sergeants – Supervises all of the above and helps keep the official Log.  Assist Roving Patrol with emergency calls. Minimum 6 hour shift.

Anyone requesting more information about The Watch can also attend “Working the Watch (the Function Formally Known as Security)” – a class being offered at the AtenDragon Collegium on July 19^th.  This class will also be offered Friday afternoon of Highlands War.
