Waterbearing Volunteers Needed!
Hear Ye, Hear Ye, One and All!
Highlands War does approach. This is a great chance to get out of the heat and enjoy the company of companions throughout the lands. At this wonderful war there will be laughing, dancing and much merriment. However let us not forget the fighting! For those of us not able to fight but love to be close to the action here is a great way to join in the fun. Water bearing is provided at all fighting arenas. Rapier, Hard Suit, Youth combat and Archery all need your help in keeping every one at war well hydrated. These are all volunteer hours and a wonderful chance to meet new faces and participate in new fields. Help keep every one enjoying Highlands War XIV. Please don’t forget that all volunteer hours do benefit every one including you local Barony or group.

I offered to be Merchant autocrat or deputy. I Merchant autocrated Highlands, Crown Tourneys and hosted many events in flagstaff when I was a member there 1988-1993. I have a landline and Internet and my husband is an IT Director. We are available to assist, as it is only two hours between Show Low and Flagstaff. 22 years of experiences. please tell me where the event will be located. i am very excited about it and need to make arangements for my camping trailer. if you are having it close to Fort Tuthill i can stay there and the women in the family will come. is it at the county fairgrounds like a couple years ago?

M’lady Aminah al-Suliyyah, I would love to be given the honor to assist our talented warriors in the heat of battle and cool their tongues with the blessing of a bit of water and possibly a morsal of food-type replenishment. If you would only tell me how I might serve you, I am ready and willing, anxiously hoping even, to help in any and every place in which you may have need. I am quite new to this prestigious group called the SCA and am eager to become acquainted with the people around me through the everyday tasks which need doing.
